Two Figures in Parma Sex Case Appear in Court

Two 28-year-old men associated with Charles W. Custer, the former Parma court clerk charged with sex perversion and embezzlement, appeared in court yesterday.

Albert Horten, 28890 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, waived a preliminary hearing and was! bound over to the grand jury on charges of sodomy in the court of Municipal Judge George P. Allen in Parma.

He was represented by Attorney Norman A. Ryan. Horten continued his freedom on his criginal $2,500 bond.

John Ostroveky, 4345 Tamalga Drive, South Euclid, charged with "tending to the delinquency of a minor," appeared before Juvenile Court Judge Albert A. Woldman.

Judge Woldman put over giving a decision until March 18 to permit Ostroveky to receive psychiatric examination.

Ostroveky was released after the hearing on his original $300 cash and $500 property bond.

Still in County Jail are Custer, 32, whom Parma authorities' charged with embezzling $630 of Parma city funds in traffic fine money and homosexual acts, and Ralph Benson, 23, Custer's roommate, also charged with sodomy.
